In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving retention and growth. – Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals.

– Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive mutual success.

– Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients.

– Monitor account performance and metrics, providing regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

– Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

– Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and the resolution of any issues.


– Previous experience in account management or a related field.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

– Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving retention and growth.

– Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Knowledge of CRM software and account management best practices is a plus.
