Refund Policy
Upon signing the agreement for web design or marketing services with Bedrock Digital, the client is legally bound to the terms of this agreement. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once the agreement is signed. The client is obligated to fulfill all payment obligations as specified in the agreement, even in the event of termination of services prior to full payment. Any termination by the client does not release them from the responsibility of paying any outstanding balances as outlined in the agreement.
Delivery Policy
Bedrock Digital typically delivers websites within 30-60 days of receiving the client’s approval and all necessary materials. However, delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances or delays. By signing the agreement, the client accepts full responsibility for any such delays and agrees to indemnify and hold Bedrock Digital harmless from any and all claims, suits, or demands arising from these delays. The client further agrees to cooperate with Bedrock Digital in resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of the services provided by Bedrock Digital, returns are not applicable. Once the website is delivered and the client has provided final approval, the project is deemed complete. Any further modifications or changes will require a new agreement or addendum.
Cancellation Policy
By signing the agreement, the client acknowledges that they are legally bound to the terms and conditions outlined therein. The client may not cancel the agreement without fulfilling all payment obligations. Bedrock Digital reserves the right to terminate services, including taking down the website and ceasing all related activities, in the event of non-payment or breach of the agreement. The client remains fully liable for any outstanding balances.
Chargebacks and Chargeback Fraud
The client expressly agrees not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered under this agreement. Any attempt to reverse legitimate charges through chargeback will be considered fraudulent and a breach of this agreement. In such an event, Bedrock Digital will hold the client fully responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to, legal fees, recovery fees, and any outstanding balances. Bedrock Digital reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover funds and protect its interests in the event of a fraudulent chargeback.

Promotion, Discount, or Trial Conditions

By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by all the terms and conditions outlined within this Fulfillment Policy and any additional agreements. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Bedrock Digital and the client, superseding all prior agreements, discussions, or representations.
The client agrees to adhere to the payment schedules, timelines, and responsibilities set forth in the agreement. Bedrock Digital is committed to providing the services outlined in the agreement in a professional and timely manner, but the client must also fulfill their obligations, including providing necessary materials and approvals, to ensure the project’s success.
In the event of any dispute, the client agrees to resolve matters through negotiation with Bedrock Digital before pursuing any legal action. If legal action is necessary, the client agrees that such action will be taken in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, and any proceedings will be held in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions contained within this Fulfillment Policy and the Terms of Service. This agreement is binding and enforceable under applicable law.
