Fulfillment Policy

At Bedrock Digital Marketing, we strive to deliver exceptional web design, SEO, and marketing services tailored to meet your business goals. This Fulfillment Policy sets clear expectations regarding service delivery, payment terms, and client responsibilities.

Our web design projects are typically completed within 30 to 60 days, depending on their complexity and the timely provision of content and feedback by the client. SEO and marketing services are ongoing and require consistent collaboration to ensure optimal results. We work diligently to meet agreed timelines; however, delays caused by incomplete submissions or prolonged response times from clients are beyond our control.

Please note that once an agreement is signed, we cannot offer refunds for services. If a client chooses to terminate the agreement before the project is completed, any deliverables provided up to that point must be paid in full. Additionally, requests for changes or features not included in the original scope of work will require a new agreement or a revision of the current one. For instance, adding user accounts or advanced integrations will be evaluated and quoted separately.

To maintain the quality of our services, all clients must keep a valid payment method on file. Payments are expected by their due date, and if a method is declined, the client will have five (5) business days to resolve the issue. Failure to address overdue payments may result in a late fee and suspension of services until the balance is settled. As a policy, chargebacks are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action if initiated without proper justification.

We are committed to maintaining the security of your data. As part of this commitment, we adhere to all PCI compliance standards, ensuring that any payment information provided is handled with the highest level of security.

Bedrock Digital Marketing frequently offers promotions, which are subject to their own terms. Promotional offers cannot be retroactively applied and must be agreed upon in writing before starting a project. We also encourage open communication regarding any project changes to ensure alignment with your business needs.
